DM Hotel

Room was basic/small but everything worked including WiFi. Firm mattress.probably 2/3 star. Just nearby Good selection of bakeries, fast food, small fruit & veg stores, minimarket, 7/11, mamak etc plus more upmarket Adelphi & Co restaurant. Value for money.

the place was situated near main road with easy access. parking plenty but does not belong to hotel. you had to park using city hall parking ticket. iniitially got a small room with out window but finally got a better one with a little extra. rooom considered cheao but beautifully kept with clean bed. clean  floor and toilet. lift worked. front desk crew very polite and helpful. worth the money. the burger king restaurant and pizza hut just next block. there is a bakery with plenty for your taste next to hotel.

Hotel is located in Damai, Kota Kinabalu and budget Hotel is clean, tidy, fully carpeted and well managed. room is cheap and money-worth to stay for the night. But remember, you need to book before hand as most of the time, it is fully booked and i stayed there for 3 weeks. The Hotel provides good facilities such basic modern TV and free Wi-fi.

Clean and basic hotel, good for its cost.  Walking distance to good food.

It's good to stay overnight because there easy to get food or western foods...

The only good thing about the hotel is, there's a nearby eating place with lots of nice food to offer.

Everything was ok,  just no free parking around the hotel. I drove a car n was not informed to buy a parking coupon. Arrived late in the evening n early next day got a fined for not displaying a parking coupon.  Irritated..

This place is budget and it shows. We just needed somewhere to sleep in between flights and some bad research on my part made us think this place was close to the airport (It's at least a 15 minute drive).
My room had no hot water and the shower recess flooded and leaked. I reported it to reception when we checked out and they were going to look into it. 
Overall it served it's purpose, but look for a different place if you plan on more than one night.
