I recently stayed at the hotel for three nights, and it was an almost perfect experience from start to finish. The room that the hotel arranged for me met all my requests and was both comfortable and beautifully maintained. Every member of staff I encountered was courteous, attentive, and genuinely helpful, which made my stay all the more pleasant.The overall cleanliness of the property was impeccable, and the facilities — including the pool and leisure areas — were well kept and inviting. The location is also ideal, with plenty of shops, restaurants, and attractions within easy walking distance, yet the surroundings remain peaceful and relaxing.I was thoroughly impressed by the level of service and attention to detail throughout my stay, and I will most certainly choose to stay here again on my next visit to Macau.
