Super cleanSuper friendly staffGood size roomEpic restaurant and downstairs cafe had amazing food and drinks Lovely common areaEvery time we asked for something, they were quick to respond Good sound isolation Areas for improvement:- housekeeping often forgot to make beds, but did everything else great - sofa bed is super uncomfortable, don’t recommend - laundry service a bit confusing and staff not fully trained on troubleshooting- they however helped us extending our time using it which was much appreciated
