Staffs were amazing. They always help with any questions or issues. Would recommend this hotel for a peaceful stay.

Useful shuttle service to night market & city centre. Helpful staff, and a nice coffe shop & bar on site

This was great ! Very new hotel in what seem a new location for tourists. At first not sure but quite quickly we realised it was only 10min - 15mins walk to the main activity area , restaurants & markets . Even quicker by local taxi . So yes a great stay experience and we would stay again the future.

I arrived at the hotel early due to my flight schedule and was allowed to check-in prior to midday (usually it's 2pm), which I found very helpful. Initially there was an issue with the bedsheets as, upon inspection, I noticed a number of marks / stains on them. I reported this to reception and they immediately sent the housekeeping staff to resolve the issue, even opening the replacement linen in front of me to check it was all clean, which I found reassuring. Following that, I visited the on-site restaurant and found an extensive menu of good quality meals at a very reasonable price. I then went for a walk into the centre of Vientiane (about 15 minutes away) and returned to the hotel restaurant for my second meals of the day. The lady who served me there was very hospitable, even using the dictation feature on her mobile phone translation app to ensure I could communicate the relevant details of how I would like my food to be prepared (allergies, preferences, etc). In total I ate 4 cooked meals in the restaurant, alongside two smoothies and two bottles of water, with the total bill being less than £12! Excellent value for money. As I was only staying one night, I arranged with the reception staff to order me a taxi for early the following morning to meet my connection flight at nearby Wattay International Airport.Overall, it was a very pleasant experience and the staff were extremely helpful and friendly. I would definitely return again next time I'm in Laos.

Great stay experience

The decor of the hotel was very nice with a cute pool. Right outside the hotel is a convenient store and small bar. The vanity/toilet area and shower area were quite large. Great shower pressure. The best part of the hotel is the breakfast. Coffee was of high quality. There was a complete selection of condiments for the rice soup. Lots of fresh fruits. Only complaint is that the tv only had 1 working channel and was unwatchable and in Chinese.

Everything about this hotel was perfect!This hotel looked brand new, so clean and the bed and pillows the most comfortable I’ve slept in, in South East Asia!  The bedroom was spacious and modern. The air conditioning worked well, there was great water pressure and lots of hot water in the shower.  The bathroom was well outfitted with a separate shower area.  The towels and linens were beautiful and new.  It was nice to have a wardrobe with a safe, plus a separate desk and chair to sit and drink coffee.  The breakfast was included and was so good, with lots of selection of local and western.  I also ate in the cafe for a late lunch and the food was and service was excellent!The staff was well trained, professional and very friendly!  I got many helpful tips from the front desk about the buses and temples to visit.  The hotel provided free shuttle service to the riverfront area, as well as the city centre or airport area, for a small fee.  They also provided bicycles to rent but gave it to me as complimentary when I checked out.  Their bicycles were in excellent condition as well.  They also had a beautiful pool and gym but I didn’t use either. I can’t recommend this hotel enough!  It’s fantastic!

amazing hotel and service!

A very nice and comfortable hotel in quiet Vientiane.  Great pool and nice breakfast selection.  The only complaint I had was the location as it is far from everything and out of the tourist area - so not much around outside. The hotel does provide a free shuttle to the downtown area and offers a very fair priced ride to the airport ($9 USD).

Cute Boutique Hotel  - but not the best location

Room was beautiful, shiny, and very spacious. I love the bathroom, very spacious with great shower head. Front desk was helpful and nice. Breakfast was good. Restaurant attached to hotel. Mini store on the side and a bar. Locate close to a huge market I believe Thong Kham market Walking distance. Hotel also offers free shuttle to the city center  area. They also have laundry service and aiport shuttle.

Great stay will be back

The hotel and staff are lovely. The room is a good size and very clean with a tv (English channels) fridge and kettle with daily top up on tea, coffee, water. The hotel offers good facilities with a small but usable gym and pool. In the pictures it looks like the pool is in the shade but it gets 2 hours Or so of sun in an afternoon. The breakfast is a decent selection with hot buffet, scrambled egg available, most of the other hot food is Asian options, other options include cereal, toast, homemade jam, fruit, salad and some delicious homemade yogurt. Fruit juice, tea and coffee also available. It’s not advertised but if you ask, they will make you fried egg. My only suggestion for improvement would be to include better coffee at breakfast, the one served is not nice, also maybe some bacon or something to add to the western hot options. The location of the hotel is fine, it’s 15 to 20 minute walk into town, a nice cafe is attached to the hotel and mini mart next door. If you don’t want to walk both ways to town the hotel does 6 free shuttles a day.

Very nice hotel

I was here for about a month. All the staff there were so friendly and the facility was very clean. I was initially worried because it seemed too far from the city center, but it actually wasn't that bad walking around. It only takes 20 minutes to walk to the city center. There were also shuttle and laundry services.

I would stay here again

This is a spectacular hotel! The room was very comfortable, the bathroom was very clean and large, the service was off the charts great, and the breakfast was amazing - so much food!! There’s a shuttle to take you downtown but it’s an easy walk. We even stayed two extra nights we loved it so much. Highly recommend!

Awesome hotel with GREAT service!!

The staff at this hotel are setting the gold standard for service, the management here are doing an excellent job setting the tone for this new hotel. Not as convenient to the markets, tourist shops and restaurants but if you have a few days you will easy get oriented and have no trouble making the short trip to town. They rent really lovely bicycles with leather accents (so stylish) for only $2 per day. The hotel has been beautifully appointed, it seems no expense was spared constructing the hotel even the gorgeous Italian coffee machine in the restaurant. The pool is perfect for cooling off in after a long day sightseeing or traveling. This hotel will be very successful once word gets out.
