Although it's situated on the edge of town, this is no drawback - it means that things are a lot quieter and as a bonus you get extra time to savour the amaziing views on the (short) walk to the centre of town. The ambience is delightful - green and cool - and the staff very welcoming and helpful. Recommended!

We stayed here three nights, our bungalow was very nice, spacious and clean. Bungalows are located not in the center, but very close to the main area. Which was really great in a crazy New Years time! 
Breakfast is not included, but you could take bananas, tea and coffee for free all day. The owner is a bit crazy, but super fun and helpful! Great stay and would highly recommend it! 

Unfortunately we were here during new year's and ended up wet everyday not just because of lao people (normal) but because of drunk tourists with big pots. This was our oasis of peace every evening, with a very calm atmosphere. You can rest either in your own porch or in front of reception. The bungalows are properly sealed with solid nets in the windows and you won't need a mosquito net. Owner is very friendly as well, and everyday there's bananas, coffee and tea available. 

Perfect place in Vang Vieng, we'll located in a very quiet area, five minutes by foot from the city center. The owner is a very nice and good man, warm and always ready to help and take care of his hosts. The room was really clean, with hot shower. I definitively recommend this place.

It's a couple of minutes away from the bars and everything, so it's very quiet and relaxed. The bungalows are nice and the owner very helpful and funny. We had a pleasant stay and I would definitely stay again!
