This is an excellent guesthouse surrounded by so many fruits tress and plants. Their breakfast is superb 👌 😋 better than any 5 stars hotel. All the staff are so friendly and helpful. I definitely recommend whoever wish to stay in this place.

This is a family-run business and it really shows. The care and attention given to customers, including from the owner herself, is excellent. I would strongly recommend it to anyone visiting this interesting region

What an amazingly delightful hotel! The best in Karakol, maybe all of  Kyrgyzstan! 🇰🇬  Family run and operated, great pride in put into every detail of the operation. Clean, quiet, comfortable, amazing breakfasts and even dinner (some nights available). Nice courtyard to enjoy the sunshine or a warm and cozy lobby for a cold rainy or snowy day. Highly recommend this accommodation when in Karakol

I was quite pleased with this hotel. The rooms are basic but very clean. I slept very well here. Plenty of hot water for showers. Complimentary water. Staff was nice and helpful. The breakfast provided was really good with excellent cakes and sweet rolls. They were some of the best I had in Central Asia.

Stayed here for two nights as part of our Kyrgyzstan trip in a family room. The hotel and the rooms are spotless and look new. On the downside, it didn't have a fan or a/c which could be a problem during the daytime in the summer months. However, the hotel provided us with a standing fan, which we used during our stay. The bathroom is small and wi-fi was not great. But these were minor niggles for us. 

The staff are friendly, the breakfast had a good spread and the hotel did our laundry for a reasonable price as well. All in all would definitely recommend this for stays in Karakol.

Beautiful modern hotel with two saunas. Room was immaculate, simple and comfortable. They provide slippers on arrival. A lovely feature is the use of local products and traditional hand-crafts. Food was comprehensive and delicious. Staff very polite and helpful. Not at all phased by all our back country ski gear!

Timur, his family and his hotel crew welcomed us with open arms and made our stay in his beautiful hotel wonderful. We stayed for four nights and we felt like home, our toddler was running around the family rooms and throughly enjoyed the company of other children. Clean rooms, friendly staff, the lavish breakfast and the right travel tips and arrangement to get around Karakol and make the best of the skiing experience there was all possible due to Timur’s excellent network in the area. We will stay in this place again. 

I loved my stay here; fabulous room with comfy king size bed and super power shower. Very modern room which was quite a surprise. You do have to take shoes off in rooms and in the main reception/dining areas.

Most amazing breakfast; such a varied spread and so many choices such as fruits, breads, porridge, eggs and home made jams - yum!!

One of the best accommodation outside of Bishkek. The room is pretty big and clean and there is ensuite bathroom. The staff are friendly and helpful and there is a nice garden in the hotel. Breakfast is decent.

The hotel is situated in a suburban part of town, not easy to find but fortunately we were driven there. The owners are most welcoming but do expect you to remove your shoes and wear slippers throughout the hotel. The rooms are comfortable, clean and quiet at night although dogs were barking early in the morning. Breakfast is good and plentiful although choice is a bit limited. Has a nice bar area to relax in at night.

Fanstatic hotel!

An unusual hotel in a remote town

Stayed 2 nights on a Saga tour.My room was rather small compared to that of a fellow traveller who in our room share she had 2 separate bedrooms.however it was onky 2 nights.Found it to be more of a hostel than  hotel tho the breakfast was good?staff warm and friendly and the grounds beautifully tended.
