DoubleTree by Hilton Nairobi Hurlingham

Our company recently stayed at the DoubleTree by Hilton in Nairobi for a seminar and we had an excellent experience. Firstly, the rooms were impeccably clean and comfortable, providing a perfect environment for rest after a busy day. All of the staff were incredibly friendly and service-minded, always ready to assist with a smile. The food at the hotel was delicious and dinners were very reasonably priced, which was great. The entire hotel was very clean and well-maintained. During the seminar everything went very smoothly, with the support of service-minded staff. The IT support was also excellent (no issues with WIFI during hybrid meetings, good sound, ect.), and the conference room was well-maintained by the staff. Coffee breaks and lunch were always ready on time, which was greatly appreciated. Communication with the hotel staff was easy and professional throughout our stay as they were seemingly detail oriented, professional and experienced, they were very pleasant and helpful. Additionally, the location of the hotel was very convenient for our business needs. I strongly recommend the DoubleTree by Hilton Nairobi for business stays and larger conferences; the staff is incredible and the venues/accommodation is well maintained.
