The staff were very friendly and the room was clean and the accomodation was good value. The receptionist was very helpful and nothing was too much trouble from storing my luggage before travelling overnight by train to Tashkent to helping with my boarding passes for my flight out of Almaty. The breakfast was nice too with a bit of a Turkic/Slavic flavour to it.
