Hilton Yokohama

I would give 6 stars if that was possible! The Yokohama Hilton really set the standard of excellence from every aspect of our experience. The Staff at the hotel reminds me of what customer service should be like! We are HHonors Diamond members so we have traveled to many Hiltons around the world. This one truly impressed us with every aspect of our stay. The check in was phenomenal. We experienced courtesy and kindness from every team meber. Faye was one of the first to show us what it means to be appreciated as a cutomer. Then the Executive club team truly exceeded our expectations. Impecible service and care was extended to us the entire time. Hibiki, Natsuki and Richard were there everyday with helpful reccomendations and reservations for every place we wanted to visit. We were treated so well until we know that we will miss them for a very long time after we return home. The hotel itself was impeccably designed and maintained and is in the heart of great resturants and activities for Yokohama. Our suite was so perfectly laid out, that we are hoping to renovate our condo to capture the design. We stayed for 3 weeks, and feel that this was the best of our stays in Asia! Cannot wait to go back!
