I stayed 8 nights at the b Ginza and had a very good experience. The location is great and the room is more or less clean and the hotel well maintained. But what really stood out for me was the service. I want to mention Mr. Bishal in particular. He was always kind, attentive, and ready to help whenever I needed something. His attitude made my stay easier and more pleasant. It’s not easy to find people like him in hotels, and he definitely made a difference. Most of the staff did their job well. There was one small issue during my stay, but overall the positive experience.
