MIMARU Tokyo Ginza East 

Mimaru was perfect for our needs for our first trip to Japan. We were looking for a place with enough space for 4 people and this hotel fit the bill. The room was spacious, had a mini-kitchen, complete with refrigerator and microwave which we used a lot. They changed the sheets every other day which is rare nowadays. The room was very clean. The location was great, close to the trains and convenience stores. We rarely heard anything from the other rooms, so it's well insulated. The front desk personnel were so helpful and all spoke excellent English. When we first arrived, I had very specific questions for them. Angelieca took the time to take a map and put all the places I asked her about on it so it was so easy to find. She went the extra mile to walk to a nearby laundromat to find one that didn't have automatic detergent dispensed, which I needed. She recommended a bakery to me for a birthday cake and it was superb. So many of the other staff were so kind and helpful, including Naomi, Michelle, Leti, Suraz, Risa, and more. Akito seemed like he was new, but his personality was so inviting, he's perfect for this job! They were kind in calling us a Go cab on several occasions. I talked to Suraz before we came and he gave me advice on certain items I needed. Also he helped with one maintenance problem in the room. It's nice to be greeted with such friendly people when we entered and left the hotel each day. I had emailed them several times about different concerns I had and they were great to email back the answers quickly. They had little contests with prizes as a reward which the family enjoyed. Highly recommend this hotel!! Would like to stay here again!!
