My stay here was brief—just one night before moving on to my next destination—but the service I received afterwards truly blew me away. This is a self-check-in/check-out style hotel, meaning direct staff interaction is minimal. However, I forgot a scarf when I left. The hotel team provided excellent, comprehensive support entirely via email, quickly organizing the return shipment. There was a separate issue with the courier/shipping company, but the staff continued to help me through the process until the very end, ensuring the item reached me. I am genuinely so impressed by their diligence and commitment to guest care, even after check-out and with a fully digital system. Thank you!
