This is a very decent, clean, convenient business hotel located near Ogikubo Station on the Chuo or Marunouchi Line. However, if you are in need of being in Central Tokyo for meetings, there are similar hotels of value that are better. If there is a need to visit Shinjuku or Shibuya or other West side areas (for shopping etc), this is a pretty good place to stay. You can get on either the Subway via Marunouchi or JR via Chuo Line so it is pretty convenient. The area has plenty of shops and restaurants and drinking establishments as well. Right across the street is a place called Taiyo Ramen which serves an unlikely delicious tomato base ramen which I discovered to be excellent. Ask for a paper apron to avoid stains when splashing sauce on your shirt.
