The Onefive Tokyo Kanda

A couple of minutes walk from JR Kanda train station and only one station away from Tokyo and Akihabara so Tokyo station, Marunouchi and Akihabara are easily walkable. Friendly and polite staff. I arrived at the hotel too early for check in but they allowed me to drop off my bag and delivered it into my room by the time I checked in. Very nice. The hotel informed me by email a month prior to my arrival which room will be assigned. This service was unheard of. My room was on the highest floor looking down on the train tracks and I heard trains going by but not loud. I was able to view the Sky Tree from the window. Like most business hotels in Japan, the room was small but efficiently laid out and clean. Unlike most Japanese business hotels, the bath/shower room and the toilet were separate and that's what I loved about this hotel. For this quality and location, I would have paid more. That's why I gave it five stars. Also, you get complimentary coffee and rolls in the morning.
