The Japanese Ministry of Health, Labour, and Welfare requires all international visitors to submit their passport number and nationality when registering at any lodging facility. Additionally, lodging proprietors are required to photocopy passports for all registering guests and keep the photocopy on file.

From January 12, 2026 to June 12, 2026, work will be carried out to replace the air conditioners. The work will take place from 09:00 AM to 06:00 PM. Noise and vibration are possible due to the work. The hotel's elevators will also be used by construction personnel during business hours.

Access to the following hotel facilities will be restricted during certain periods:

— Comfort Library Cafe: from February 16 to February 21, 2026, from 10:00 AM to 03:00 PM.

— Laundry: February 25 and 26, 2026, from 10:00 AM to 03:00 PM. Guests will be provided with information about the nearest paid self-service laundries.

Scheduled water shut-off due to maintenance of water pipes will take place on March 16, 2026 from 10:00 AM to 05:00 PM. The water supply, including the shower and toilet, will be completely unavailable. The current room cleaning service will be temporarily suspended. Fresh towels will be left on the door handle of the room.

The inspection of the exterior walls will take place from January 19 to February 09, 2026, from 10:00 AM to 04:00 PM. Workers can be seen outside the windows, and noise is also possible. The planned power outage will take place on March 3, 2026 from 12:00 PM to 02:00 PM.
