Part of a group of hotels from the same chain centred around an Japanese garden. The hotel was modern and very clean and is litterally across the road from the Shingawa station. Very convenient. Biggest complaint ws the glacial pace of the checkin process. Everything was paper based and it took forever to be checked in. On site restaurants were very expensive and better options available within a short walk. Staff were friendly and helpful. Would stay again if in the area
