We were very pleasantly surprised by this place. The front desk staff are particularly helpful. The room was a reasonable size for Tokyo and was very clean with good natural light. I also found the bed and pillows to be very comfortable. We did not have the breakfast which you can separately pay for. However, there are free coffee machines on ground level which serve good hot coffee and using real coffee beans. The accommodation is in a quiet and safe (like most of Tokyo) area with a good selection of nearby small places to eat at. There are also an abundance of convenience places (such as 7/11 and Lawsons etc) very close nearby. We enjoyed our stay so much that we plan going back there for a few more days at the end of our trip. The only suggestion to Citadines is to have in the room a folding luggage stand (apologies to Citadines if if it was, in fact, in the room but we didn’t find it).
