My wife and I stayed at the Pearl for one night on our return from Kagoshima on the Bullet Train. We liked the location which is 2 or 3 minutes walk from Tokyo train station. Even with 4 pieces of luggage it was an easy walk. There are restaurants around the area and one in the hotel itself. Note: the check in is on the second floor. Take the elevator or walk up the small flight of stairs. · Like all TV in Japan, We wish there would have been one English speaking TV station, but not a big deal. All in all, Pearl served our purpose. It is a good place to stay.
