Five-Star Stay in the Heart of Shinjuku My girlfriend and I had an exceptional stay at the Keio Plaza Hotel Tokyo and would rate it a full five stars without hesitation. From the moment we arrived, the service was warm, professional, and incredibly efficient. Check-in was seamless, and the staff made us feel genuinely welcomed. Our room was spotless and surprisingly spacious for Tokyo, with beautiful city views that made both mornings and evenings feel special. The bed was extremely comfortable, and the thoughtful amenities made it easy to unwind after full days exploring. The location is one of the hotel’s biggest strengths. Situated in Shinjuku, it’s just steps from major train lines, restaurants, and shopping, yet the hotel itself feels calm and refined — a peaceful retreat from the city’s energy. A highlight of our stay was the Sky Lounge — my girlfriend absolutely loved it, and it truly made her trip. The views, atmosphere, and overall experience created a special moment we’ll both remember. What truly stood out was the attention to detail and the professionalism of the staff. Every interaction felt sincere and attentive, which made our stay even more enjoyable.
