Stayed here for a 4 days 3 nights stay for my 2 days trip at Tokyo Disneyland & Tokyo DisneySea and I’m really happy with my stay here. One of the reasons is that the rooms were comfortable and clean even though it might be small for some, which I don’t mind since I was staying there by myself. Also the staff there were super helpful and were able to personalise and anticipate my needs during my stay at the hotel. During my first day there, I arrived before check in time and was able to leave my luggage at the front desk and go on with my plans for the day. By the time I came back from my activities and proceeded with my check in, the staff at the front desk informed me that my luggage has already been placed in my room. Doing so made me impressed as I was already super tired from my plans for the day. The staff were also quick to assist with my issue as I had problems with the room temperature and they first assisted by giving me the key to open the window. When that didn’t help, the front desk staff then went up and assisted as well and couldn’t get the windows to open, they were quick to offer me with a room move which I appreciated as it’ll be a bit warm and stuffy for me. Overall, I would definitely come back here to stay if I do decide to go to Tokyo Disneyland & Tokyo DisneySea.
