For the review of location, please check my last few comments for the same hotel. Again, no complaint for this 8 nights stay except the room rate which was so high in this December. Front desk staff are so nice that arranged us on the same floor with Twin room. They did upgrade the shampoo, conditioner, body soap from Pola to Refa. Also the hair dryer changed to Refa which was so good (even better my Dyson at home). For the shampoo and conditioner, I did purchase 4 sets from Bic Camera. Free coffee is provided at lobby as usual but more tea bags with different brands for choosing now. By the way, male front desk staff can fluent English which is so good for tourists. Once again, will choose TokyuStay Shinjuku again for my next vacation for sure due to safety concern. Get the Twin Room if you have enough budget as the semi-double room is so small which is only good for single traveler.
