Location was great. Very close to the shopping centers and main streets of Ginza. You can walk everywhere you need to, including metro stations. The hotel was very clean. My room was cleaned and drinking water, tea, coffee etc replenished every day even though I didn't as for it. Room was spacious in Tokyo standards. Lots of natural light from the window. There was a ironing/laundry room in almost every other floor which was useful. You can also see the status of all washing machines from the TV so you can plan for your laundry accordingly. I didn't use that but it looks quite convenient. Breakfast was mediocre at best. I skipped hotel breakfast even though I paid for it. You can find better options nearby. I wish they had a sauna and steam room instead of a public bath where you have to bath naked.
