An amazing hotel. The room was extremely comfortable, clean, modern, and functional, with special highlights including the in-room coffee machine, a modern big-screen TV, very comfortable beds, well-placed power outlets, and a high-quality bathroom. Although the room was not very large and we were four people, we had no issues with space at all, as the room is very well designed. The hotel is located just a few steps from Tokyo Station, which is extremely convenient for access to the subway, Shinkansen, and the airport express line. In addition, the neighborhood is very beautiful, pleasant, and quiet. The staff were very attentive, polite, and helpful. Other exceptional highlights were the special amenities for children provided by the hotel for our two kids. In addition, during our stay, the hotel offered a delicious special afternoon tea buffet (available temporarily during the Christmas season), which was a wonderful surprise. I highly recommend this hotel, especially for families who need easy access to the Shinkansen.
