APA Hotel & Resort Roppongi Ekihigashi 

I have stayed at many APA hotels in Tokyo. This is a new APA design. The rooms are better oriented. There was a large bed and ample space to move around the room to the desk and bathroom. Still only 12 sq meters... but so much better arranged. The efficiency of the APA brand is superior. The staff is abundant and always greeting and helping if necessary. They are conversant in English and able to deal with any issue. This location is technically in Roppongi, but a 5 minute walk from Roppongi station and the action. On bad weather days, it is usually easier to take a taxi to/from the hotel. I stayed 11 nights and cannot complain about the location.
