The location is great, but I’d suggest delivering your large luggage to the hotel first. It’s more of a serviced apartment than a traditional hotel. It’s close to many 24-hour stores, which is very convenient. We tried both the Pokémon room and the standard room. The standard room feels bigger, even though they’re the same size according to the floor plan. In terms of value for money, I feel it’s a bit pricey compared to hotels around Disney (they are the only hotels we stayed in Tokyo, so I can't compare with others). I’m not sure if it’s because of its location, but I’m okay with it. The highlight of our stay was Chitose from the front desk. She helped me prepare a surprise for my wife’s birthday in the room. It was a wonderful moment for my family.
