Koko Premier Nihonbashi Hamacho Hotel 

This hotel was really lovely. The decor is beautiful and it’s absolutely spotless - I couldn’t fault the cleanliness at all. We arrived very late in the early hours of the morning due to a delayed flight and were still kindly greeted by reception. The breakfast is definitely catered towards Eastern cuisine and culture but this didn’t bother us, we are in Japan after all! We had a ‘modest double’ room, and it really was so tiny. After over 24 hours of travelling we would’ve loved to have been able to unpack or at least put some clothes or the case away. However the size and the design of the room doesn’t allow it. The wardrobe is about 6 inches deep and has 4 hangers in. Other than that, there are 2 small drawers to put stuff into… so we had to live out our cases for 4 days. However, there was also no where to store cases (not even under the bed due to the bed design), so it made ‘living’ and using the room very difficult. It wouldn’t stop us staying here again but we’d look at a bigger room. The bathroom is great, the shower pressure and temperature is incredible! A great hotel in a great location, just some slight things to note.
