This hotel is showing a little age but the two onsens are the best we’ve experienced. Beautiful natural setting. The hotel and its sister hotel are beautifully Japanese styled. Free shuttle to the snow monkeys beats the crowds. Also great customer service and breakfast buffet. Free tea and coffee in the lobby ⛩♥️
