I actually didn't realize it was a studio apartment when I booked it and was pleasantly surprised! It was also very big (for Japan I guess, but I think bigger than my studio I had in America when I just graduated too ^ ^). The owner is very helpful, considerate, and thorough with things like directions. The place is a little rough around the edges, but that is fine. This was the cheapest place we could find during cherry blossom time, so I really did not expect it to be as nice as it was! To go most places you have to transfer from the bus to subway, but again, given everything, that was not so bad.
