Stayed here for 5 nights with a friend for a ski holiday.

Room was nice and comfy. Onsen / baths were great after a days skiing. Also the dry room for skis was convenient. It’s a 5 minute walk from the ski slopes and restaurants in Kitanomine.

The owner speaks excellent English and was very helpful with our transport logistics - helping us book taxis etc. 

Breakfast was offered every 3rd day and was very good. We would’ve preferred to have it every day though!

Owner was friendly, welcoming & helpful. 
The house was clean and charming. 
Car park free of charge. 
7-11 and few restaurants nearby. 
Check in 3pm, check out 11am. 
Communal bathroom opened at certain times only. 
Tatami mattress was thin and room bit dated.

Pleasant stay 

DON'T STAY HERE unless you want to be stranded! This hotel ruined our trip to Furano!! We booked the hotel for 1 night stay in July on Agoda.com and by the time we arrived, the lights were turned off and door was locked. We had emailed the hotel to say that we would arrive late because of a long drive right after the hotel had emailed to us that night. So we thought we should still drive there to stay. The hotel staff finally picking up the phone when we asked the seven eleven store around the corner to call for us, they pretended that there were no such booking, said they were asleep and gave other excuses. They knew we had no where to go but were cared less about their guests sleeping on the street! We, two females had to search for another hotel in the middle of the night in rural Furano. Once we finally found another hotel to stay in after visiting the police station, it already sunrise and it was 2x as much money!! Plus Agoda.com charged us, what a scam.
