This hotel is so conveniently located right by the train station! Super clean and cozy! The staff were so friendly and respectful! They also have free bike rentals which was amazing!

I chose this hotel for its extremely convenient location right at the train station and for the amazing price. The room decor is dated, but we did not care. It was kind of cool actually… Sort of retro high tech! The bath tub is so deep. Amazing for a soak after lots of walking. The staff are DARLING and absolutely wonderful. The beds are comfortable and the pillows are excellent. 10/10- would recommend to a friend!

Staff are very helpful and nice. Also, the place are very convenient. However, the ventilation system in toilet was weak and quiet hot after showering.

Very friendly staff. It was easy to store our luggage for the day. Lots of little extras like toothbrushes, razors, and face cream. The breakfast was terrific. The room was super clean if a little older and worn, but I’d take clean over new any day.

This property is just opposite to Nagano station. Buses going towards Hakuba and Snow Monkey Park is on the same side as this Hotel (just opposite to Hotel). Had a 7 eleven convenience store next to the property.

This was great value for a hotel room right beside Nagano Station. I was surprised when entering the lobby by how nice the hotel was, since what I paid would have been for a budget hotel. The room was clean and had all the standard amenities. The staff were helpful with things like shipping our luggage and answering questions.

Nice hotel close to Nagano station, friendly staff, clean room. Just the wifi was slow and there's no fan in the bathroom. But overall would stay again.

Staff was very friendly.  Hotel was clean, and comfortable.  Conveniently located just steps from Nagano Station.  I really enjoyed my stay.

It was a good and spacious room. Staff was friendly. Everything very well accessible. 1 min away from a 7-11My only concern was the laundromat service. Apparently on the app when i was booking it. They indicate they have this service. But when i arrived and ask the staff. Apparently the laundromats is 950m to 1km+ away from the hotel. There are two, one open until midnight, another 24hrs and the latter is further. They do provide free rental bicycle(first come, first serve basis) and you can cycle to the laundromat.  But do take note for travellers who are looking for laundromat machine in the hotel. They do not have one

Hotel Courtland is like a time machine. The room is very 1970s-ish. It's very aged, but comfortable and clean. My biggest complaint is that individual rooms don't have control of their AC. There were signs everywhere that, if you're hot, open your window. I'm sure in the summer this would change.Despite facing the train station, it was very quiet.

Property was a little outdated and the room seemed a little old but otherwise the stay was amazing and I would definitely choose this hotel again. The location was perfect and so convenient to get to the train station and town center.

Reception staff very helpful and kind. Very convenient location.My room was overlooking the train station, yet it was very quiet. Definitely recommend it.
