The ryokan is quiet and not congested, offering excellent services during our night stay in Beppu. The manager could converse fluently in English which helps us alot in getting information for the city. Dinner in the exclusive Japanese dining room at 2nd floor deems to value add to our stay there. Onsen experience is rather unique for non-Japanese tourist. Getting to the nearby jigoku withing Kannawa district is easily accessible by foot.
