My husband and I stayed here 2 nights.  We had booked a room but the owner gave us a choice of the room, which was beautiful, or the loft apt. which we opted for as the bed was up a semi circular staircase!  It was very cool, had 2 balconies and a very nice bathroom. Great location!  Advertised as free breakfast but only a croissant with jams, juice, coffee, yogurt and kiwi.  I don't eat yogurt or kiwi so basically, my breakfast was a croissant, juice and coffee.  Should be a choice of other foods. But a great place to stay.  No English TV channels.  Bring your CDs as there is a CD player.

This is an immaculate property and couldn't be better located - right opposite the Castello Aragonese and at the beginning of the fascinating old town of Taranto.
Everything about the property is immaculate from the bed linen to the state-of-the-art bathroom with ultra modern fittings and even a view through a port-hole style window from the very large shower stall.
There are several negatives however. One of the bedrooms is extremely small in comparison to the other (no desk or writing area at all) so it is important to establish which bedroom will be allocated.
Not surprisingly the larger one is quite a lot more expensive, but worth it.
A pleasant homely sitting area is shared between the two bedrooms which might not suit those wanting absolute privacy.
The breakfast offering, although served with a lot of charm, (although not much English) by the owner was mediocre to say the least.
The worst problem however was the wifi. 
In the larger bedroom the signal was very weak and sometimes non-existent.
In the sitting room, there was no connection to either my iPhone or laptop which was extremely annoying. The owner had no idea of how to fix the problem and didn't really try very hard.
I wasted hours trying to sort out the access from these devices and even called IT friends in other parts of Italy for help. Nothing worked.
If wifi isn't too important, then Suit 11 can be thoroughly recommended. If you need to stay in contact with the real world, then this apartment will be a real hindrance.

Very nice loft apartment with a view!

Great location, immaculate apartment - shame about the wifi

First of all I must admit that touring the region, Taranto is the place that least impressed. Located just across one of the two bridges that join the island housing the old part of the city to the mainland, it is easy to find and at least one of the three rooms enjoys spectacular views. 

The room we were in was quite cramped but the other 2 were ok. The restoration work on the old building is beautiful but the there is a lack of privacy as there is no sound insulation.

The breakfast is rationed and generally very humble and there are too many unfriendly rules. We were fined Euro10 for arriving later than the stipulated time of arrival!

The wifi connection is also poor
