Because of a storm couple of days before, one of the pools needed to be cleaned and was closed while our stay. Therefor the manager treated us with the spa when we were complaining about the closed pool as we were looking forward to it. The whole team was very welcoming, friendly and supportive with all questions and needs. We thank you a lot for this service and the way were treated. We felt absolutely comfortable and in case we come back to Olbia, we would love to stay again at your hotel.
