The receptionists's were friendly, polite, helpful and efficient.The hotel was within easy walking distance of Milano Centrale Station and close to tram lines.Hotel and room were clean. We had an ensuite. Lift to rooms. Ample storage space in the wardrobe. Complimentary showergel and shampoo. Hairdryer in the bathroom. Luggage storage to leave our bags on our final day so we could sight see without it.Restaurants nearby.Milan Cathedral about 30 minute walk. Trams and metro nearby can be used to get around.We would stay again.
