This is a beautiful boutique hotel with sauna that offers an unforgettable experience, but what truly sets it apart is its world-class team. I actually started keeping a list of staff members to praise individually, but it quickly became too long because every single person was extraordinary! Their genuine warmth, courtesy, and flawless professionalism made our stay perfect. The hotel is a perfect location to explore Florence and the many historical sites. Just a 15 minute walk to the major sites in the historical center. There are amazing roof decks with views of old florence. Modern sauna and steam room and pool. The hotel room is clean and comfortable. Certainly staying here on my next Firenze holiday!
