last minute booking as i was travelling for a meeting and my flight was postponed until the next day. the hotel is a bit away from the airport but a short journey on the motorway via taxi. i couldn't fault the hotel, i rang panicked, late in the evening and looking for a room. the reception staff went above and beyond to accommodate me! i arrived around 8.45pm and was absolutely starving, the restaurant was about to close but the staff in the restaurant were more than happy to look after me. i ordered a delicious steak sandwich ( one of the best i've ever had ) it was cooked to perfection. compliments to the chef. the waiting staff were so welcoming and kind, it is rare to find genuine staff with excellent customer service anywhere these days! next time i am in dublin, i will definitely book this hotel again, purely because of the friendliness and welcoming nature of the staff, the rest is just a bonus!! :)
