Kesan pertama menginap di sini sangat baik, staff reception nya Kak Steven bener take care handle late check in kami. Selamat menginap kamar kami selalu dibersihkan dengan sangat rapi. Makasih banyak untuk room attendant nya Arip untuk service nya ga tanggung2🔥🔥🤗🤗 Semua service buat room teamnya The Best🔥🔥🔥 For the unsatisfactory thing when we had breakfast, the Bistro staff treated us like we ate there, and ran away without paying for our food before we even sat down🥹🥹 Even though we only forgot to bring our wallet left in the room, which we could pick up after eating, And the position at that time was Nyepi, and when we just late checked in at midnight Friday 27 March around 11/12 pm. The Bistro staff loudly said that it had been informed that payment must be in cash.
