Having just returned from our second home earlier this month, we cannot emphasise enough how good the staff are at this hotel. From the moment you arrive until you depart, you are greeted more like a family member than a hotel guest. Obviously it helps that we are long time repeaters, but this small show of recognition goes a long way in making you feel welcome once again. Luckily, we were advised prior to our departure, that the length of time to get to the airport was taking an exceptionally longer time than usual due to it being Indonesian School Holidays so we left earlier than usual. If it wasn’t for our driver ‘Bobby’ from the Concierge department, we would have arrived frazzled and stressed, as what would normally have been a 30-40 minute trip took 1hr 45 minutes. His happy nature and easy conversation made the trip extremely enjoyable. In closing, this hotel has had a few changes over the recent months! There is an old proverb “If it ain’t broke - don’t fix it”.
