i like the location (though many traffic jam in rush hour). basic old hotel with standard facilities.

however, we stayed in a room with the most ridiculous window-view we have ever seen. when we opened the curtain, all we could see was not the garden or pool (as usual option), but we saw around 16 ac-outdoor hanging on the window. we were speechless and could not believe what the architect was thinking when he built this building?! This was the most ridiculous and absurd view of a hotel room I've ever been to!
Aside from that, this is an ok hotel.

Basic hotel in town

I went to this hotel for a congress with my colleagues. I have been travelling a lot around South Asia (for both business & tourist purposes) over the past years and this one is by far one of the worst... And when I travel, I am not that kind of hyper demanding person, I am just expecting decent standards, especially when you are travelling for work.
The staff is totally useless
I booked superior room. It was quite clean, but there was an horrible smell of cigarette inside. My request to change was refused by the staff. 
No soap in the bathroom
It took the staff 45 minutes to deliver room service (dish was disgusting, meat & vegetables under-cooked), another 45 minutes to give my change back and again to give me a receipt... I got "sakit perut" the following day...
Breakfast. They advertise "continental" breakfast. It was just impossible a simple omelette or scrambled eggs non spicy. There was some bread but no toaster with it
The only good point is that the bed is very large...

Awful! Not to be recommended

Please STAY AWAY from this hotel..they will higher your temperament.. Very bad service..for hotel fault, they asked me to pay 30% from the hotel rates..they said because i am late for the check out, OMG, they took so long to bring a trolley for my luggage, i must called two times for that, before that my door was lock outside and i cant entering my room, the room service took 20 minute to open my room..while my husband preparing to check out, i go to front office to tell them that i want to check out, they asked me for the key, and i told them my key is still on my room, and they make me waiting for 25 minute standing at the front office without an explanation, i thought they've been busy for something, because i see them (2 peoeple) talking each other so seriously, and when other guest came and whant to check out, they serve him..and than i ask them, why should i am waiting for 25 minute..one of them answer that i can't do check out if i didn't hold the key..OMG, is that so difficult to say it to me, and not to make me waiting like that, so wasting time..I Hate this Hotel..

please you can choose another hotels in town . the staff is not cooperate .their service is very bad. very dirty bathroom . Bed is not comfurtable . Even I take non smoking room but have sticky smell in room.

Not recommended

I stayed in this hotel on my business trip. The location is good. There is a big supermarket besides the hotel.
But the services were bad, room was smelly and old.
I only spent one night here and then move to other hotel not far from this hotel, which was better.
