Additional information
To prevent the spread of the Mpox virus, the Indonesian Ministry of Health has resumed health screening for international travelers (both Indonesian and foreign nationals) entering Indonesia from August 27, 2024. This includes completing an electronic self-declaration form called SATUSEHAT Health Pass, which must be completed on a dedicated web platform. Front desk is open 24/7. On 19 March, Nyepi Day or Silent Day will be observed. This is a significant cultural and religious holiday in Bali during which the entire island comes to a standstill. In accordance with local customs and regulations, there will be no check-ins or check-outs allowed at the hotel on this day, as the airport is closed and transportation is not permitted.
To ensure the comfort and convenience of guests, the hotel team kindly suggests amending check-in and check-out dates if they coincide with 19 March 2026.
Late check-out fee: IDR 80.00 (subject to availability).
