I took part in the April 2023 200 hour YTT course with Shiva and it was one of the most beautiful experiences of my life! The school is amazing!! It is located in a lovely spot that is very close to the beach and the rooms are vert clean and cozy. Shiva is an incredible teacher whose devotion and dedication to yoga are truly inspiring. He has such a caring heart and one of the most infectious smiles. Every class with Shiva is filled with so much kindness, joy and laughter. All the other teachers are amazing as well. They really embody all the teachings of yoga and are so eager to share their knowledge with all the students. Oh, and the food!! Wow! Beena works so hard to prepare traditional ayurvedic Kerala cuisine. She serves everything with so much love and the biggest smile. All in all, I came away from this experience with a deeper understanding of yoga, many wonderful new friends and so much happiness. I cannot recommend this school enough!
