Hotel Preethi Classic Towers

We visited Hotel Preethi Classic Towers Ooty with family October 2024 Dusshera we booked Classic Premium Room. The hotel is located heart of the city a mountain with valley view. The rooms are very big and spacious too. Reception: We were warmly welcomed by the staff and served us an amazing and refreshing traditional Lemon Tea. The reception personally escorted us to our Room which I felt was a great touch of courtesy. The room was great and had a good view of the valley view. From booking the room to final billing, everything was handled with utmost professionalism coupled with an endearing smile. She is very hardworking and committed. Food: Indian and Chinese Zuka Fine Dining food was Excellent. Zuka Restaurant multi-cuisine restaurant on Grand floor is fantastic with great quality food. Complimentary breakfast spread was as elaborate as it could be with choicest varieties and very delicious items. Chef is a very nice guy who took care of our requests and was very friendly. Food quality and taste in this restaurant was beyond excellent. House Keeping: They were very friendly and always ready to serve with a smile. We never had to wait for more than 5 minutes for anything we required, be it starting the TV, to asking for additional tea sachets or empty mugs etc. Every request was promptly handled to utmost satisfaction. Cleanliness is the best part of all. And the best for the last is their entire staff is very professional and courteous. I would recommend staying here when visiting Ooty! I know I will when I visit here again.
