Very central place. Close to main  busstand and also private busses stop near by. All restaurants in the vicinity.  Rooms are clean. Staff are very good and prompt. But don't speak hindi or English. Only Tamil.  This is a hotel with bare minimum facilities.  Hot water only in the mornings. No restaurant. But they will get your order from other hotels. Very reasonably priced  ac rooms

I am from chennai and had to stay in coimbatore for one day. Then i looked for a budget hotel with neat and clean rooms. Then i found out this hotel through google. To my surprise the hotel was really good for a small family. We(me, my spouse and my 7 yr old kid) stayed in a normal (double bed room non-ac) room. The rooms are really good and the bathroom and toilet are really clean. There is a lift facility to all the floors.
The highlight of this hotel is its location. It is centrally located in the city and it is close proximity to railway station, bus stand and the market place.

Though they don't have dine-in restaurant, you have a very good hotel nearby(500 meters from kovai residency) called Sri Anandhaas(south indian Veg restaurant) where the taste is very very good. It is open from 7am to 9.30 pm.

All the sightseeing places in coimbatore are quite nearby from this hotel.(within 7 to 10 km radius)

Centrally located, clean, not very expensive and good service. Everything about this place was just right for a quick stay for us. If you are looking for somewhere to stay for half a day or a short visit and not pay a ridiculous amount of money then this is for you.

Reasonable and central simply hotel

Decent Stay for a small family

Good for a quick stay.

I just stayed here with my friends for just 1 hour to freshen up. I requested the manager that I can share the room of my friends who were already staying, built they were very strict in accommodating more than 2 people in a room. So I had to take a separate room for just 1 hr. Rooms are neat and clean.

Decent hotel

The rooms are small but are neat and well maintained. We were greeted well with respect by the room boy in Kovai slang. One disadvantage is that they did not provide towels. Overall it was a nice experience.

Average place to stay

Rooms are better and very near to transport, But Poor Customer Service,Worst behaviour of bill settling. Call booking not noted .my brother call booking one day before they said noted reached un time reception told no booking.

Rude behaviour

Welcomed at reception. Rooms available and rates discussed. Disappointed when receptionist learnt that I was a foreigner. Was told that only Local citizens welcome. Was turned away. Shocking. After a long travel journey.
