The rooms of the apartment are quite good and spacious too. It has attached restaurant where we can get delicious food at our door steeps. Very near to inorbit mall.
The receptionist person also very friendly and smart. The way he telling details is quite impressive.
We will definitely visit it again.

The location is good and it is in the city lot of eatables around the place. Very Clean and very much accessible to almost everything. From next time I'll be choosing Ezystay whenever my friends visit Hyderabad.

Excellent accommodation @ reasonable tariff

Good Place to Stay

Staying with family with small kid might be poor choice,
I with my wife and 2 yrs old baby, tried to cope in this guesthouse, room is small as shown in pic. kitchen is just for namesake. no utensil or microwave, only refrigerator. 
i faced lots of problem due to this.
Its kind of flat, with common area of dinning, and tv watching. 
room is occupied with wardrobe and attached toilet (would say small one).
bedsheet having spots. 
Ground floor have restaurant, which is kind of good.

For price i paid for 2k daily.. i think i should have stayed for budget hotel with more amenities.

Writing this review with actual happening in the apartment and not fabricated.

Hotel is in good location, parking free, four floors each floor has 2 apartments of 3 bedroom, for all the floors only on boy attending, we were two in a room, but provided one towel, and TV not working, AC remote no battery, Aqua Guard is not working, no drinking water, no telephone, inspite of repeated complaint the hotel management has not sorted out issues, each and every time we have to come down to reception office to beg for service, this is un-serviced or rather no-service apartment.  Best for bachelors to party here those who have boozing habit and making noise in the night.

feel sorry for the investors, they are not bothered to check what is happening in the apartment.  

Plus point is : only parking is good and safe,

One cup curd the hotel restaurant charges Rs.30/- wherein you will get half ltr of curt for Rs.30/-.   Each half ltr minimum 5 people can have in that cup.   That means Rs.150/- per half ltr of curd and easily Rs.120 is his margin.

Tea -  Room boy doen't know where the Tea is available, the apartment has no facility of serving Tea/Coffee.

Complimentary breakfast - Normal timing is 7 am to 10 am.   But after several reminders breakfast will be ready by 9.30 or 10.00, and room boy brings the breakfast to your room in one plate and only one spoon for two people.   One should eat first and the other should wash the spoon and eat later.

Towel :  If you are two occupying the rooms, you have to manage with one towel and one spoon.  Towel will not be changed on daily basis till you vacate.

Car Washing - Same room boy demanded Rs.200/- per wash.   Whereas if you pay Rs.100/- your car will get pressure wash in other cities.

Booking this apartment is left to visitors and I don't suggest anything on that.

Very bad experience

I Have no regret in saying the stay at this hotel was Terrible.... Even Slums are decent enugh comapred to the cleniness.... I booked two rooms, had long time for check in, wen enquired why they said they are cleaning the room, after handing over key we mooved to rooms, and what i could see is vomit stains on Wash basin, sheets and pillow covers not changed instead just tucked in for name sake.... See all over vomit stains... Our famil trip mood and enjoymnet just went offfff.... The room boys are not at all caring and the Boss of the Hotel... Lokks like in 30s... Was seen going in Benz... After over seeing hotel. He himself was shouting at care takers and office boys....in front of guest......yes places is  is good for boozing and vomiting... And will never ever recommand... Because of this I had queral with my family members, asking why i booked here and spoiled our whole trip
