Pleasent atmosphere,Ambience is good 
Good service with patience mamuni and veerraju mutton biriyani was super.saladas are nice veg curry and pasta was really good,we come back agian with my friends . thank you

This is the best hotel in Rajamundry and I stayed for a night on my way from Hyderabad to Visakhapatnam. Plenty of parking and the staff is very welcoming. The general manager, Mr. Rashid, is a gem. I forgot my entire toiletries bag and he arranged everything including a deodorant before I arrived in my room.

The room was very spacious and had an extended seating area, study table and a fridge. Bathroom was kinda small and clean.

Food is good. All sanitation measures are being taken. Enjoy. 

Second biggest and richest hotel in Rajahmundry near Y junction.. Most costliest.. It's for film stars and politicians to maintain such environments but once in a life one should have such environment to taste.. Nice culture and environment.. Good food.. Need to improve the maintenance for best out..

The hotel has a good location and is quite a spacious property. The staff here are really courteous especially the Reception area. The toilets could be a little better and they seem dated. The wifi was very good. The food was good too. The rooms are really big and spacious and this being my first time here I was really surprised with the size of rooms. The breakfast could do with some more options but was nice. The staff at the breakfast were very friendly

Huge spread buffet frndly staff

The stay was average and is bit pricey for the experience they provide. No warm welcome, very poor hospitality and reception, the staff at reception is not bothered to welcome the guests, it's just one more check in. The bell boys assistance is good though. May be traing the staff a bit more in hospitality might help the management. Overall the property is in good location and has good parking space. But it's clear, the property is very old and the interiors have a kind of stale smell of carpets once you step in the rooms. Housekeeping is OK and the breakfast buffet at Aahar restaurant was just fine. It was just an Average stay overall .

An Average Stay 

Food was not up to the mark,  cockroaches were too much to handle. The staff are friendly and helpful in all they can do. But the pest control need to be done for all the rooms. Linen needs to be replaced rig away as the bed sheets and pillow cover are in bad shape.  Even the towels need to be changed. Seriously the hotel needs to get rid of the linen for new ones. Even the black out curtains are missing in most rooms. 

Food needs to be looked at 

It was a travel with family on the 08th Aug . Had to make a hard stop at Rajahmundry as it was late and driving till Vizag for night stay was difficult for us . Called the hotel Anand Regency number  and spoke to their AGM who happily confirmed with tariff . When we landed , the rooms were not reserved . The reception man was  not bothered . Finally the Room was allocated and it was average  . After we were given a room, the tariff was changed by the receptionist as  the AGM had not informed the rates . Finally frustrated with frequent disappearance of the AGM for confirmation and his denial of rates later , we exited the hotel. The staff or the AGM were not bothered and guess neither will be the management  ever for guests dissatisfaction . However this callous and casual approach at the first instance made me to discover a hotel- Hotel Manjeera Sarovar , a  much superior and comparatively cheaper to Anand Regency

Poor reception and reservations staff

Old, dusty and filthy property. Staff have no idea what hospitality means. At least on three occasions, I wished the staff and they turned their faces without even a smile. No hot water in the shower. No AC control in the room. Overall not worthy and Quality of the hotel does not match with its pricing.

located close to Rajahmundry airport. it is not a luxury hotel, but they do maintain a lot of facilities which we normally find in luxury hotels. quite old property. rooms with balcony are special here.

Outdated hotel expensive and service is below average.
We had booked for boat tour to badrachalam from their tourism office. The pick up was not at all acceptable. No television, except the local  channels, WiFi no internet access.We were a family of 7 adults and 2 kids, booked 20days in advance, pickup vehicle was an old bolero, arrived an hour late, made us wait saying 15mins 5 mins , with 2 passengers already in it, how are we supposed to fit in it for 30kms, driver talked very rashly and said sit inside it will fit, along with luggage. And person responsible did not pickup phone for 1/2 hour. The driver's behaviour made us cancel the trip.
