Hotel Pahalgam is at the heart of Pahalgam city and widely famous around. The hotel is also close to the taxi stand from where its easy to book city tour. Also there is a restaurant below the hotel which sells excellent vegetarian & non-veg food.
Rooms were clean and heater was provided. downside was that the rooms didnt have wifi.

I booked Hotel Pahalgam Heritage through a friend and didn't know about the place at all.
I knew it is located near a small stream of ledar river which is the only thing that got me interested. 
Upon reaching, I was amazed to see this place. The rooms are nice & cozy, there is central heating in the rooms.
There is a lawn just in front of the hotel (which is a hotel property), you can have your breakfast in that lawn.
Room tip: request for rooms with balcony as those rooms will be facing the river.
The service is great, the staff is humble and always ready to help out in any way.
Would love to visit the place again.

Very friendly staff, quick service and nice food quality as well, just like at home...i will repeat this hotel if at all i will be there again. Very safe and clean hotel.. surrounding is also very nice...

We stayed at Pahalgam Heritage at Pahalgam. It had a charm of its own. Fresh river water, lots of trees and flowers, simple and helpful staff make you feel at home away from home.  Even though they did not have their own kitchen, they managed to provide us with some yummy food. Sightseeing  to Pahalgam valley, Dabyan and Baisaran or Mini Switzerland (as the locals call it) is done on horseback. Walk to the market while enjoying small conversations with shopkeepers and locals. They always welcome you with their hearts. Walnuts and other dry fruits, apples, cherries and Saffron are must buys from Pahalgam.

I visited this hotel last year and really loved the stay.Rooms are comfortable and the surroundings are serene.River lidder flowing infront of the hotel adds to the peace there.I am waiting for March time when i will be having my holidays and i will visit this place with my family.There is a garden infront of the hotel were my kids had a great time.Over all it was a good value for money and I recommend this place to everyone planning to visit pahalgam.

nice experience...!!!

We stayed two nights. Rooms were run down with broken bathroom door and furniture. Worst part was it was central heating and room heaters had no control so it got boiling hot or freezing cold. Restaurant staff was very attentive and courteous. Otherwise not anything to brag about.
