Very bad experience. Extreme abuse. We had booked almost a month in advance for two days with family. They could not give the room at the right time, in addition, they had to sit at the reception with the whole family for 2 hours. The water system in the bathroom is not good. Called the reception for food and water and behaved badly. Room service is horrible. The door cannot be locked. Pushed to vacate the room 40 minutes before check out time. You can find much better hotels for much cheaper than this hotel. Please don't go here. 😡

Worst experience ever

Excellent hotel , Excellent service provided by hotel staff, specially the rooms are very good to stay. And special thanks to room service and front office staff. And it's very near to the sea beach just 100 meter walkable distance

Not linked with OYO

I booked three rooms through OYO. When we reached there, they told us that the rooms were already given to someone else. For petty penny they have cheated us. With family and small children they left us stranded in the road at midnight. I will never forget that. The manager was a rude guy who asked me to complain with OYO. But he was kind enough to advise us to search for rooms in nearby hotels at midnight. No parking space, no card payment, not close to beach, not at all a family friendly hotel and above all worst people. Everything they have listed in OYO is a lie. Don't go to this hotel even if you don't have any other option.

Worst Hotel! Worst Staff! Untrustworthy!

Booked an AC room which was decent. But horrible room service and housekeeping. Bed linen was not changed till departure. Garbage bins kept accumulating and was never cleaned despite repeated requests. On pointing out to the reception they laughed and said it was difficult to maintain service as they had 102 rooms! Hotel is located close to the sea but in a dirty lane with overflowing garbage vats. I paid over 7000 for three nights to get this! Don't book this hotel unless you have no choice.

Expensive rooms, Bad Service

I have stayed for three days in this hotel, From 26-oct-2016 to 28-oct-2016, i had check out hotel at 11.00 AM and visit local market for misc shopping, after shopping i have asked hotel management for change room for my family members but they clearly said no and show us open plot area for changing.

No change room after checkout

I will be honest. I booked the room more than three months in advance. Before checking in, I called up twice to confirm. Inspite of this, my room was not ready. Bedsheets, pillow covers were a mess. Had to wait for twenty minutes before it was taken care of. 
Washroom not clean and dimly lit. Food was ok. 
This should be your last resort.

Room facility was very poor. My breakfast include my booking but they not given me.

We spent 2 nights here because we couldn't find any other place because of the Christmas holiday season. The only room available was for six people (3 couples). The ceiling and one wall were slit by a big crack. The floors and walls were very dirty, as well as the sheets and bedding. There was no hot water. The room was very noisy and we couldn't rest after 4.30am. The food was good enough. The staff was quite kind and available. The pictures of the ad also don't seem to match the structure: neither the outside, nor the rooms, the dining room didn't match and we don't have any conference rooms!!!

Very negative experience

This hotel is worst in terms of almost everything, such as comfort, room service, break fast quality... The charges are too high w.r.t. the facilities provided..I would never recommend anybody to this hotel...
