Hotel Surya Villa

Decent room and bed. Friendly helpful staff. Good breakfast. Reasonable rates. In a nice neighbourhood with some relief from the traffic and good places to eat nearby. Some mosquitoes managed to get in.

All together, I stayed here 8 nights and was very content. 

Neat and clean rooms. Mr. Ganesh at reception is polite, quick and efficient and provided smooth check in and check out process. Germany Bakery is 1 minute walk from the hotel. The Yogi Tree Restaurant is just next door, serves very good and variety food.

Very happy in this budget hotel

Best hotel near Osho commune, Pune

Nice quiet and decent rooms! Fairly priced. Location was also good compared to the area in which its located. 
Could have been better if more attention is given to cleanliness of the entire place.
The hotel overall is in a building and the lighting could be improved to get a better feel of the place. 
Overall value for money and good for business trips as one would not stay in the hotel for the entire day.

Decent Rooms ! Good Pricing.

The Facility location is perfect. Staff attitude is totally imperfect. Healthy breakfast is served but after 815AM. Rooms need to be cleaned properly. The lightning inside rooms and wash rooms need urgent attention. Elevator is available. Packaged drinking water is not provided. Warm water is available. Service is very bad. Slightly better than a lodge far from being considered a Hotel. 

OYO Lodge with Great Location Bad Attitude 

Rude people, stingy attitude and dirty rooms. 
The owner in particular seems to be a seedy individual with no idea of how to run a business where courtesy is the most important element of service.
Besides rationing of the limited food options that they provide in the mandatory breakfast that has to be taken, they have no hesitation to insult guests in front of others for items that may have cost them not more than Rs. 10. 
Although the hotel is in a good location, dont stay even if this is the only place where rooms are available and even if you are offered money to experience this horror house.

Pathetic Hotel in a good neighbourhood

I have stayed here for more than 5 nights and the hotel and it's staff is a complete mess. You will be welcomed by a arrogant and rude person at reception. Everyday morning you will be served the same breakfast and you are allowed to take only one serving. The rooms are stinky and totally uncooperative staff. If you take this issues with the owner he is a old fat greedy scoundrel who only want money for everything. One of the worst hotels to be into. They charge you 89/- rupees of a filthy tea. Disgusting!

Worst hotel in Pune city

The owner Paras does not have any idea about what hospitality is. He and the entire staff in the hotel are rude.
Although we had paid for a double room and were entitled to two breakfasts, Paras-who is always hanging around staring at all guests like a hawk, refused to serve the second breakfast as my room mate was not present.
He dared me to complain to OYO. Although we had paid, I was made to look like a beggar in front of other guests.
This is just one example among various other terribly rude instances.
Strictly avoid even if it is the only hotel available at the price. 

No idea of hospitality 

I booked this hotel considering the location as Koregaon Park but one of the worst hotel I have stayed. The rooms are dirty no housekeeping is provided. After requesting for daily room cleaning they mentioned room will be cleaned after you check out as you are staying for 2 nights. Requested for twin occupancy room but they didn't have the same to offer. Not at all secured any one can enter the hotel. Request you all not to book this hotel as when we travel we prefer at least clean room and secured atmosphere both of this will not be available in Surya Villa. Also it is not villa this service apartment turned into Hotel.

Never book this Shady Hotel!

Not good lodge. Bed Buggs. used condom. mosquitoes. Air con not working. Staffs and  hotel owner ( paras) very rudh and disrespectful. No hot water. I ask for hot water they told me we don't have. You can go if you want no money back.
