Have booked 5 cottages in the property. Four are ok though the doormats are unclean, TV not working, heater not working. However, the 5th cottage was horrible. It is full of spider and spider webs. There were frogs and termites in the washroom. Room is not in any condition to stay. Moreover, there is no power backup which disrupts water flow in the washroom. No free internet as claimed by the hotel. I don't recommend to stay in this resort unless you like the accompany of frogs, spiders, and termites. Post check out update - Had done this booking through Makemytrip. I have reported the problem the day of check out (I could not do during the stay at hotel as there is no cellular range & no wifi in the property though they claim) to MMT and even after 15 days, there is no proper response from MMT. Be careful when you prepay.
