Good stay in kuttralam.very neat and clean room.very friendly front desk.stayed in deluxe room which is very spacious.Hotel is neat and clean.very good atmosphere.very near to Five falls.Staff was very co operative and courteous,Ready to help all the Time!!!

Well furnished Rooms & Clean service.Superb view of western ghats from hotel. Am feel so relaxed when i was stayed in Hayass. and it so near to five falls it's very convenient to enjoy in falls even in late night also. i really enjoyed....

We stayed here for one day and it was very pleasant. Overall there were no issues with anything. The staff was very courteous and helped us with transportation and sight-seeing. Will visit again if in the city.

The hotel is good and the front office staffs behaviour is excellent.  I came by 1am midnight and still they provided the room at same price and committed the promise. It's located close to Five falls and you can just walk from here.

Relaxing Enviroinment

You do not have many options in Courtallam or Shenkottai. This is one of the better ones. So you cannot really complain. In all my years of travelling this was the first hotel that offered me a price cheaper than some of the famous online booking portals. Came in late around 10.00 pm and left next day around 10.00 am. Everything is just basic and if you have come to enjoy the Courtallam falls it is just a stone's throw away. Hotel does not have a restaurant. Only one boy running around to help. Got a towel and soap etc on request.

Just about decent.

Worst hotel, rooms were dirty, fixtures in the washroom weren't working. We were given a different room after we complained about the initial one, but even the second room was no different. Zero accountability from those operating this hotel
